Twitter, which has been online since 2006, has been gaining popularity steadily over the years and has recently been used for various other projects. Especially for many charity projects. In fact Twitter is gaining a huge popularity all over the world. If something big is going on in the world, you can get information about it from Twitter. Where ever you see its all about twitter and twittering.
Many people are addicted to it such that Twitter has reached critical mass. More and more people are starting to use Twitter to talk about brands in real time as they interact with them. And those brands want to know all about it, whether to respond individually, or simply gather the information to see what they’re doing right and what they're doing wrong.
So, What about Twitter as a Search Engine. I think its a cool idea to put forward. In fact their is search.twitter.com, the search engine that Twitter acquired last summer and probably one day it's going to compete with Google : The world's most popular search engine.
From the above facts i think it's time to start thinking Twitter as a search engine.
